Metal Roof Restoration
The roof is power washed, all bolts are tightened,
and stripped bolts are replaced.
Vertical ribs, where ice damming is often a problem, are also sealed with the
heavy urethane rubber paste, as are all roof penetrations such as vent masts.
After an appropriate primer is applied (where needed) a thick layer of synthetic rubber is applied to the roof.
After all preparations have been
completed, a variety of finish coats
are applied, depending on building
requirements and budget.
Coatings range from a low cost
fibered asphaltic aluminum, to the
premium synthetic rubbers.
